Return/Refund Policy:

Faulty goods will be replaced at no charge within 14 days from the date of the delivery. This does not apply to tape being mishandled or damaged by faulty video equipment. Please contact us prior to return of the goods to receive return authorisation. We will not cover the cost of the return of the goods. There are no refunds.
