Complete the sheet provided indicating your name, description of the item and a reserve price.
A 10% Commission will levied on all sales up to a maximum commission of $25
Buyers:-
Write your name and size of your bid.
Bids must be equal to or greater than the reserve price.
All bids must be in whole dollars and if the item has reached over $50 the next bid must be at least $5 above the previous one.
Opening times are limited to 10:00 to 11:30 and 12:30 to approximately 14:00. At a random time previously set by the organisers, all bidding will cease. Note: Sellers may cause bidding to stop on some items if they are departing before the formal close of bidding.
At the close of bidding the highest bidders will be called over the P.A. system to come and collect their purchase and settle up.
If they are not available for whatever reason within a reasonable period of time or have changed their mind it will be offered to the next highest bidder.
