Wyong Shire Cup 2006
John Nutter's name will appear on the Wyong Cup again this year, making it his fourth title. This year John shares the title with Mal Murrell. Third place went to Zach Berry-Porter scoring 5 from 7 and performing more than 200 points above his rating. Division 1 was won by Barry Shearwood with Harvey Adams second. Division 2 1st place was shared by Ern Svendsen and Bill Hoseman on 3.5.Hughie Winsor and Ib Frandsen shared 3rd place.Bill Hosemans performance rating was 218 more than his actual rating and Tony Eves still had a chance of winning the Tournament going into the last round, although he missed out he still performed more than 100 points above his rating. The Annual Mingara V the world Match held on Monday 24th of April resulted in a tie Mingara 4.5 the world 4.5.
