	Yes it is true. At 6pm on Friday the 9th of July I signed the contract. Settlement is due for the 4th of August so I will most likely be moving in on the 5th. Appropriately, I found this property, not through the agent, but on the Net at I guess I now have to work out when the House-warming will be and how many people can fit in the back yard!.
