Our Vision Statement is

‘to enhance the quality of life of people within the
Target Group who are at risk of social isolation
and premature institutionalisation’

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of the frail aged and people with disabilities, and their carers by providing support to help them maintain their independence in their own homes.

Who are we?

We are a non-profit organisation funded by the Commonwealth and State governments as a Home and Community Care project. Our service is managed by a community-based committee, which is elected annually. The office duties are carried out by our Co-ordinator on three mornings per week and by volunteers on the other two days.
