This is a car which I owned as a student in the 1950s. At that time it was 25 years old and very tired. I sold it after a few years and lost track of it for many years. I was greatly surprised to find it still existing in the late 1970s and eventually purchased it again.
I have completed a ground-up restoration of the car.
Mk I models are rare. I know of only one other on the road in Australia and did not see one at the 1996 Centenary Coventry Rally.
