Schmaltz is a corporate function band based in the Northern Rivers Area of NSW. The band performs styles from sultry Jazz and Blues to Soul and modern folk. The outfit caters for all venues and all client specific requirements, from a Dou to a 5 piece band.

The name Schmaltz really says it all, their music is real, its honest and filled with nostalgia and fitting for all types of functions including weddings and openings, festivals and end of year celebrations

Judd Brennand heads the line up with his extraordinary voice and soulful lyrics. The incredible Marcus Makin accompanies on Piano, with melody man Mr Julius Hofstetter on saxophones. The back bone of the band is Bass Guitarist Sam Langston and locally renowned Byron Goodwin on Drums.
