Holbrook Show Report 2002

Held on 30 November 2002.
This is a small local show which had a good turn out from collectors from both Melbourne and Sydney.
When I arrived in the town there had been a small cyclone and the roof of the local service station was sitting in the padock next to where it was ment to be, I was a little concerned that the show might have been cancelled but the hall was fine and the show whent ahead as ussual.
Lots of good quality bottles on the swap n sell stalls and a chance to catch up with collectors from that part of the country. Garry Ramponi showed me some of his show stopping ginger beer collection, gary has one of the best Ginger Beer collections in the country and he always takes the time to travel to most of the shows in NSW, Vic and Qld, it is good to see collectors still keep to support the shows.
I cam home with another car load of bottles one of which was an Olive amber H.H. Warners Melbourne Safe Cure, very nice colour.
