1. The content on the page I'm viewing seams to be outdated or 'old'.
   When a page is accessed on a site, a 'copy' is stored on YOUR computer so that if you return to the site the computer will show you the version on your hard drive, thus cutting out the need for it to be downloaded off the internet. However, this can create a problem if an update has been made and you are still looking at an old version of the page. To rectify this problem you must refresh the page you are viewing. To do this follow the steps below:

1. Visit the page you wish to view (eg. www.stmichaels.2ya.com).

2. Click the Refresh button in your browser

3. The content on the page will now be up to date.

2. I can't download or view the forms or rosters on the website.
   To view the files on this website (i.e. forms and rosters), you must have Adobe Reader Installed. This is a free download which you can get HERE, and once installed it integrates into your browser to allow you to view the documents.
   
   Also be aware that ALL FORMS will open in a new window. If your computer is running a pop-up stopper, make sure it is disabled. 

3. I can't get the extra information on the topics in the notice board when I click the icon.
   The extra information will open up in the box which is to the right of the news topic. Make sure you allow a couple of seconds for the information to load into this box.
