Blakey (Buddy) was one of those dogs that you meet that leaves a lasting impression that stays with you for a lifetime. He was bred by Charmaine Allen of Temzin kennels in South Australia.

He was a dog that would follow you around the yard and was always interested to know what you were doing as Kerry quite often termed him as the shadow. Even when he was in trouble his tail was always wagging especially when he knew it was either time for a show or just to come for a ride in the car with me, one of his favorite things was to wait by my side if I had a Sundae as he knew there would always be some left for him.

He was a natural in the show ring

He had been awarded over 100 challenge points before he was 12 months of age

Blakey was taken away from us tragically on one ill-fated day but he will always be in our hearts and we are privileged that he chose Kerry and I to be his owners.
