Lets face it folks, if god really is made in our image (and I
am not just talking about a cute,bearded human face) then he
is basically a contradictory,confused,wanting to be honourable
but never quite getting there sort of chap. Or maybe he just
doesnt exist. There is just too much suffering and inequality
and downright ignorance in this world for a benign concerned
god. It has hit me llke a flash over the last few days that
most of the world spends it's time worshipping in vain, instead
of using their brains and helping each other out. Why aren't
we teaching moral philosophy in our schools instead of hokum?
The only miracle in this world is that reason exists and we
should spend our time using it instead of preaching, sermonising,
judging and waiting in vain.Details
