these are some of the many christian hypocrisies that i have noticed in the last few years thanks for reading, send me feedback.

1. Many Christians preach that Harry potter is bad. However, Jesus did his so called “miracles” which if you will notice, is very close to that of Harry potter book, when the person, broke his bones, the nurse preformed “witchcraft” and healed his bones. Yet Jesus healed the man that could not walk by similar means. Dejavu? Only Christians explain this away by saying that it was a “miracle.” Well one could easily believe that if harry potter had been doing the things that Jesus did, in the movie IE:heal a blind man and perhaps a deaf man. Then Christians would more than likely be using harry potter to preach and teach on.
2. Christians’ preach that African Americans should stop complaining about the slavery that they underwent. Yet surprisingly enough, Christians still teach and preach about the way that the Christians were prosecuted over two thousand years ago.
3. Christians preach that the end of revelations where it says that thou shall not add or remove from this book applies to the entire bible. Suddenly, one should note that Martin Luther removed not one not two but several books form the bible ( the apocrypha) and yet we use most of the teachings that he used. Even though according to our own teachings he is damned. Christians explain this away by saying that the books were not essential to our salvation. No where in ester is the name god or Jesus or anything to do with the lord? In response, the Christians say that the story is good and that it teaches about salvation, that it is essential for our salvation. Well in that case let us put various other books in there that are on the same basis as ester.
4. The Christian faith preaches that sickness and death is from sin. Yet in the story of the blind man, Jesus says that sickness is from god so that his glory may be shown. There fore does it not seems that if this is true, that god is just a sick freak that has caused all this sickness so that he himself can look better?
5. Christians preach that people should not live together before marriage. The bible says nothing about living together. ( it does say that you should avoid temptation. But according to that we should not date either. What about dark movie theaters or long car rides home?) The reason that Christians teach this is that it has been shown that living together before marriage leads to divorce. Well then if we decide our doctrine on stats rather than what god says then how do we know that once dating before marriage is shown to lead to divorce, that the Christians wont teach that dating before marriage is bad.
6. Christians use human reason to choose what applys to today. For example, Christians say that women are not allowed to be pastors, the bible says so, yet we don’t use the fact that the bible says the women should cover their head.
7. The bible has been translated many times. When someone translates from one language to another, he/she uses her own teaching and reason to decide what a certain sentence means or how a word should be translated, most people know what a difference one or two words can make in a sentence. The way that the Christians explain this away is, they say that well god was with them he told them what to put down. Well in that case then all the bibles that there are out there would have to be in agreement in ALL things. There aren’t. So then how does one know that the Christians use the right bible? Well they use human reason again. Christians even preach that human reason is flawed.
8. Christians preach that we get to heaven by believing in Jesus. Yet in the story of the men with the talents, only the men with the large amounts of earthly possessions make it in, and the man with few possessions is sent out into the place of gnashing of teeth. That is completely different from the things that the Christians teach.
9. John says that marriage is for those that cannot abstain from sexual activities. In revelations, Jesus is shown as having a bride. Is this to say that Jesus cannot abstain for sexual activities? SO if Jesus was able to be penetrated by temptation, then he was not perfect. Therefore we are not saved.
10. The bible has clerical errors, these errors are where the two places in the bible, speak about the same battle. The two accounts give major differences in the number of people fought. Who is to say that these major differences are designed to make the person that lost look like he lost to a bigger army? This would be a form of allowing personal ego into the biblical accounts, and therefore gives the inaccuracies of human historical documentation.
