Join or Renew Membership
Use this form to join or renew your membership in AIPA. You may do this on-line, paying via credit card, or alternatively print out and mail in this form with your fee to the address below.
If submitting on-line, you will be notified by return e-mail within 24 hours that your application has been received. If applying to join the Register by regular mail, please allow one week for confirmation of receipt of the application.
Processing of applications is overseen by (name of "application review committee"?) and will take approximately a week from receipt of the application. Once your application has been processed you will receive notification by e-mail.
