Napier Downs is one of Western Australia's premier Farmstays with a four star rating with the RAC.
There is only one cottage on the farm so that peace and quiet is assured. The tranquil setting and the magnificent scenery, rolling hills and majestic old trees make Napier Downs the ideal retreat for tasting rural Australia at its best.

Come and relax in front of the pot belly stove. Sit on the verandah with a drink and watch the sunset, or just take a leisurely stroll and watch the kangaroos.

The cosy and luxurious (air conditioned) interior sleeps six people in two bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed and the other, with two bunk beds. The fully equipped modern kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The living area has a pot belly stove, colour television and VCR. The verandah with stunning views across the property has a gas BBQ.

PETS WELCOME
Yes, we are one of the few farmstays where your pet is welcome, from dogs to horses and even the goldfish would love the change. As long as you realize that we are a working farm with sheep, cattle, chooks and our own working dogs and your pet respects our animals they will be most welcome here.

IDEAL FOR CHILDREN
Bring your children to see first hand where the wool for their jumpers, the wheat for their bread and the meat for their hamburgers comes from. We will be delighted to take them around at feeding time maybe helping to bottle feed an orphan lamb, collecting their own eggs and feeding the chooks.

Maybe they would like to practice their driving skills on our extensive laneways, or if they have them, bring their motor bikes to ride in the paddocks. The Wendy House has its own small garden but our famr is 2,500 acres (4kmx2km) so there is plenty of space for children to roam whilst you watch the sunset from the verandah with a glass of locally produced wine.
