The Ten Most Gorgeous Women in Australia

Hi and welcome to my site, something of a homage to that best gender of all, female. I can remember a quote from someone who described women as "being the best things on the planet". This is a statement that I have to agree with as I find that the older I become, the more gorgeous women seem to get.

I got the idea for this site one night talking to a few male friends and we ascertaining who we thought the ten most gorgeous women in Australia were. We came up with so many names we realised that perhaps this was something that should be celebrated.

So I've listed below who I think the top ten are, coming mainly from the world of sport and performing arts. My main criteria was that they just have a certain "je ne sais quoi", a mixture of physical beauty, talent and personality.

It was of course a difficult choice. There were so many beautiful women in Australia to include, I had to make some tough decisions.

If you agree or disagree with my choices and/or you would like to nominate some other candidates, why not e-mail me.

My Ten Most Gorgeous Women in Australia are (in alphabetical order)

Rachael Blake

("Wildside ") Very talented actor and attractive woman. Absolute spunk really. Wonderful, deep sexy voice. I have fantasy's about her being my GP (she plays a doctor on the show). With that face and those exquisite lips, one could gaze at her forever. I actually had the pleasure of meeting Rachel, I bumped into her in King Street Newtown and said hi (being the big fan that I am). She is perhaps more attractive in real life than on TV.(pic from "Wildside")

Amanda Douge

("Raw FM") I find Amanda a bit devastating, with her gorgeous mouth, her long, red tresses and a look that makes me go weak at the knees. Like Rachael Blake, a very talented actor and attractive young woman. (pic from the "Raw FM" page of the ABC web-site)

Melinda Gainsford-Taylor

(athletic track speed demon) Killer smile and despite her talents and substantial achievements, still refreshingly modest. From all accounts, a very friendly and unpretentious young woman.

Nadine Garner

("RAW FM") Yet another very talented actor and attractive young woman. Beautiful eyes and pale skin, the sort of face that can make you feel all gooey inside. Also looked very spunky in "Metal Skin", if you ignore her slightly mutated torso. (pic from the "Raw FM" page of the ABC web-site)

Emma George

(sensational pole vaulter) Very impressive athlete and her determination is impressive. Gorgeous face and the most awesome tummy I have ever seen. Apparently when she goes to social dinners or celebrity events, all the guys just hang off her.

Raelee Hill

("Water Rats") She deserves more accolades and certainly more of a profile on "Water Rats". She is such a spunk with her beautiful long red hair, creamy skin and perhaps the cutest smile I have ever seen.

Sophie Lee

("The Castle") I have had the pleasure of actually meeting Sophie and I honestly can say she is a very beautiful, intelligent and likeable young woman. Quite a good writer as well, a talent which is not widely publicised.

Miranda Otto

("The Well" & "Love Serenade") I'd have to agree with Bob Ellis, Miranda is perhaps more gorgeous and talented than Nicole Kidman (with no offence to Nichole). Right up on a par with Judy Davis in terms of acting.

Olivia Roussett

("Race Around the World") I think a lot of guys fell in love with Olivia after watching "Race around the World". Beautiful, confident, talented. Makes me go all weak at the knees (pic from the "R.A.T.W." page of the ABC web-site).

Alison Whyte

("Frontline" & "Good Guys, Bad Guys") Probably my fave. Alison just seems to be utterly lovely and supremely happy, two very attractive attributes. That's apart from being an extremely good actor and drop dead gorgeous.
