Byron Bay is approx 90 minutes drive south of Brisbane, nine hours north of Sydney and 45 minutes south from the Gold Coast.

Ballina Airport is 30 minutes to the south, Lismore Airport - 40 minutes to the West, Coolangatta Airport - 40 minutes to the North and Brisbane international Airport is 90 minutes North. Airport transfers and car hire are available from all airports.
