For phone orders or general enquiries we welcome your call between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm South Australian time 7 days per week. S.A. time is GMT + 9.5 hours, 14.5 hours ahead of U.S.A. East Coast and 17.5 hours ahead of U.S.A. West Coast.

Prices are G.S.T. inclusive for Australian sales followed by the G.S.T. exclusive price for export sales.

International Freight Insurance

We recommend insurance for international orders. Where insurance is not used the order is shipped entirely at customers risk. 

 

Airmail insurance is available to most countries. Cost is $5.95 plus $2.15 per $100 or part thereof.

 

For countries where insurance is not available, we recommend using ECI (Express Courier International). In most cases where airmail insurance is not available, ECI can be insured.

Method of payment

Credit Card is the simplest and most convenient method of payment for both Australian and International customers. 

We accept

This can be done by phone, fax or post. Email can also be used however please note that we do not have secure online ordering. To fax or post a credit card order you may like to use our order form. To use it, bring it up on the screen and fill in the details. Once complete, click the print icon on your browser tool bar. Once printed please sign and post or fax it to us.

If you do not have a credit card, then the following methods are suggested.

Australian orders can be paid by Australia Post Money Order, Bank Cheque, Credit Union Cheque or cash. Personal cheques are welcomed but can cause a delay. Internet banking or over the counter direct deposit can also be used.  Click here for our bank account details.

International orders must be made in Australian currency and can be paid by International Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer. via Internet or over the counter banking.  Western Union is another option. If paying by International Bank Draft, there may be a delay of 4 weeks to fill your order as this is the time taken to clear the draft. Please do not send personal cheques.
