Meditation

Meditation is the most effective and direct method of connecting all the pieces of our selves. Our eneries become scattered as we do our best to deal with the many challenges of day to day living.

Every now and again we need to stop and recharge our batteries by taking a holiday or making a change to our routine in some way. When we don't do this we find we are less capable of dealing with lifes' stresses.

Meditation on a regular basis gives us a tool for relaxing stress. In fact with regular meditation you will find yourself becoming capable of handling more in your day with greater ease.

But really, the benefits of meditating go far beyond soothing the ragged edges. Whatever the technique you may use to acheive the state of meditation the effects radiate throughout every aspect of you - body, mind, soul and energy field. This allows an harmonious interaction creating a prerequisite for healing - A State of Balance. From this State, our perceptions of our so-called "reality" take on a different hue. We are more receptive to alternative ways of handling situations and we are definately more creative.

We expand every part of us in a State of Meditation, especially our heart and mind connection. As we feel stronger and more loving and lovable the need to measure ourselves against others is lessened and judgement begins to drop away.

This gift of non-judgement leads us toward the greatest gift of all - freedom. This really is worth imagining!
