WELCOME TO THE ULTIMATE SIGHTSEEING GUIDE

This web site seeks to fill a gap in currently available information about the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. While there are sites promoting accomodation, restaurants, cafes and the like, there is little in the way of useful information about the abundance of natural attractions which the region has to offer. Moreover, what is available on the internet is fragmented over many different web sites and, worse still, much of the information presented in print publications seems to be the work of public relations companies whose writers have never even been to the places that they describe.

Thus, this site intends to be an extensive and centralised source of information about the natural environment of the Central Coast. The information presented here is very much aimed at the average person, whether tourists or Central Coast residents, and virtually all the activities described are easily accessible for most people. However, the places described are far from average and many easily rival the best scenic spots anywhere on the coast of New South Wales.

Ultimately, I hope this web site will inspire you to get out and explore the many natural attractions of the region and, in particular, the lesser-known spots. By all means visit Terrigal and check out the views from The Skillion but remember there is much more to the Central Coast region than the well-worn tourist destinations.
