News for September. 2007.
Our Tamar Valley Cat Club Show is over, -- it was SunSoar Moreta's first show in Australia and she certainly impressed the judge from Queensland who awarded her with Best exotic, then Best Entire Cat & finally Best Group 1 Exhibit. she of course won her challenges towards making her a Champion which we hope she will achieve at our Launceston Royal Show in October. At this show Skybank First In line won the challenge that she needed to make her a Gd Ch. so she now will retire from the show scene. and Skybank She's The One is now a Champion. Below is a recent photo taken of Moreta, also a photo of the rosette she has won with the awards for Kitten of year with TICA.

Spring is just around the corner in our Country "down under" my first litter for this coming season was born today, these will probably be reared before more litters arrive. I haven't been to many shows, but took a Persian on 30th July where Becky Orlando was judging I was very please to be awarded Best Persian Adult & reserve to Best in Group 1. We have our own Club Show on 26th of this month so may have some news to report later.
News for May. 2006
A few months have past since I have announced activities at Skybank -- unfortunately I have had to reduce the number of my cats due to my deterioration in health. I have found it difficult in choosing which to part with but when the most suitable home came available for a special cat I have reluctantly let her go. I still have hopes and plans to breed next season, but in a much smaller capacity. I do appreciate hearing from all my Overseas and Mainland Cat friends and hope this continues.

News for May 2005.
This month I am devoting to an article below which was given to me to print with permission from a breeder in South Africa.

News for April 2005.
This month is almost gone, with TVCC Show on 23rd April I am happy to announce That Skybank Heavenly Treasure is now a Gd. Ch. this was planned to be her last show, but since she was awarded Best entire Gp 1 Cat in both Rings she might appear again in the near future. I am in the process of making some serious decisions with cutting down my numbers, with the shock of finding myself in hospital for four days, during this month, it has made me realise I cannot expect anyone else to look after them for any long period of time. Each cat is here for a purpose, and I adore them all, but I need to be realistic.

I am taking CFA Ch. Live Toy Mufasa to a show on 6th March, also three kittens.

Firstly, I must say, "Happy New Year to you All"
May you all have Good Health, and Happiness with lots of success throughout 2005.
My long awaited new stud has arrived in Australia, unfortunately, not in time to breed with my queens this season, he is homzygous for exotic and born in Russia, Australia is the third continent he has lived in. (We are called the "lucky country" so I hope he thinks the same.) In December I promised you a one liner each month so here goes:--- "Plan ahead!, It wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark.)
