1. bike rack to suit suspension type mountain bikes: I've noticed its pretty hard to get a bike rack to fit a suspension type mountain bike in australia,
came across these ones in china. You will need to connect the carrier to the bike frame ( on the upper rear arms) with a connector of your own making, I haven't tried as yet to find a part to do that job but wouldn't be hard to make up something to suit. The other connection for the vertical bar goes onto the axle. The lady in the shop were I get them from decided to put some silver paint on the racks as they had been sitting around for a while so some of them have a pretty rough paint finish but the original galvinized finish is still there.
