THE GOOD NEWS? 22th June 2009 The Tasmanian Government is about to take over the assets of Pacific National in Tasmania They will be running the trains as from Nov 30th pending on a decision by the Asciano board. The proposed cessation of West Coast traffic will now not take place, and trains on the main line are due to resume tomorrow.
