About the Club
Tuggeranong Dog Training Club (TDTC) commenced operation in February 1995 to address the need within the Community to provide obedience training for dogs. Obedience training is used not only to train a dog to walk nicely on lead, but also provides instruction to handlers on how their dog may take its place as a member of our community.

TDTC provides a graduated training program which allows dogs and their owners to progress at their own speed. Levels of training comprise: Beginners (dogs with no training); Intermediate; Advanced and Novice. On successful completion of the Advanced class, owners are awarded the "Obedience Trained Dog" Certificate which reduces the cost of ACT Government dog registration.

The beginners' session is at 9.00am on Sundays and 7pm on Tuesday nights with other classes starting later. Classes are conducted at the Club grounds on the corner of Pine Island Road, Athlon Drive and Rowland Rees Crescent in Greenway.

Bookings are essential and may be made by calling the Club.
