What are your responsibilitites as a consumer of Mental Health Services?

As a Consumer of the RRMHS you have a responsibility to:

INFORM STAFF OF YOUR NEEDS AND CONCERNS

ASK FOR MORE INFORMATION IF NEEDED

PARTICIPATE IN DECISION MAKING

PARTICIPATE IN AGREED TREATMENT AND SUPPORT PLANS

TREAT OTHERS WITH THE SAME CARE COURTESY AND RESPECT YOU EXPECT FOR YOURSELF

This involves close liaison and consultation for each episode of Entry to and Exit from the Service.
