  [from Scope and Content] Conveyance by bargain and sale: for 5/-: (i) Isabel Billington of Inskip, widow of James B., late of Ashton, yeoman, decd., (ii) Richard Charnock of Woodplumpton, husbandman and Elizabeth his wife, (iii) Richard Eccles of Woodplumpton, yeoman and William Johnson of Lea, yeoman -- a cottage in Broughton erected by Richard Boys, purchased from him by William Yates, a smithy in Broughton adjoining the cottage, a close in Barton on the side of Broughton Lane leading from Broughton four lane ends to Goosnargh Church called the Moorfield or the Intack or Cardwell's Intack, 2ac. 15p., purchased by William Yates, from William Cardwell and his son, in the possession of undertenants of Isabel Billington, purchased from William Yates -- rent of 2/6 to lord of the fee -- to the use of Elizabeth Charnock and her assigns and to Richard Eccles and William Jackson during her natural life and after her decease upon trust for the children of Richard and Elizabeth C., jointly, for default of such issue to the use of John Billington, late son of James B., and his heirs -- Witn.
