Templestowe Cemetery, Chapel and Memorial Gardens

Graves:

Being a small cemetery, established in 1858, with limited space we are unable to supply new graves for people seeking them. Niches for interment of cremated remains (ashes) are, however, available in a variety of locations.

However, we are still interring (burying) people in graves, either a second or subsequent burial, or in an unused grave that had already been reserved. We are also able to offer a 'lift and reposition' service where by previous interments are exhumed, the grave is excavated and further burials carried out in the grave. We also offer a grave probe service to check for future interments. Your Funeral Director will usually be a good guide and useful source of information if you are seeking a new grave.

A series of quick loading text files are available listing most persons interred at Templestowe cemetery, the alphabetical links on [ Find a person ] will take you to pages which you can search using your browser search facility.
