Espresso:
The most famous continental drink. Authentic espress should be brewed in an espresso
machine, which forces steam and boiling water through finely ground Italian
roast coffee
Cappuccino:
Cappuccino is espresso served with steamed frothy milk
Cafe au Lait:
Traditional French and Spanish breakfast drink is served in bowls or handleless
mugs. It is prepared by simultaneously pouring equal amounts of hot, strong French
coffee and hot milk into the cup or bowl.

- Irish Coffee
2 tspns of sugar, 1 jigger of Irish whisky, top with extra strength
freshly brewed coffee and a dollop of cream
- Sambuka
serve this liguour with an odd number of Italian roasted coffee beans floating
in it to show that you like your guest. An even number of beans is a curse.
- Iced Coffee
Brew a pot of regular strength coffee and freeze it in the ice cube tray. Fill
glasses with the coffee cubes and pour regular strength coffee over the top. Add
sugar to taste and top with whipped cream.
- Coffee Syrup
Used as a flavouring in milk drinks or over icecream. Combine 1 cup sugar,
1 cup extra strength coffe and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Viennese Coffee
A medium roast coffee brewed extra strenth served with a dollop of sweetened
whipped cream as a topping.
