ploy to steal our oil</B></div> <div> <B>In 1993 Anti-Australian bureaucrats and politicians conspired to defraud the Australian people by transferring Australia's oil finds to Transnational Corporations (via Indonesia) by </B>shonky <B>treaties.</B></div> <div> I investigated the implications of International Law and the legality of our ownership of the oil reserves. There was no justification for Indonesia's claim to our oil. Now the Transnational are back to take the oil we own in the Timor Gap.</div> <div> Timor has no right to claim our oil either. Below is the results of the legal checks I made in 1993.</div> <div> In simple terms there are two methods of settling boundary between maritime nations. The first is</div> <div> the deep water line. The deep water puts the boundary within a couple of hundred kilometres of the Timor coastline. All of the oil is on our continental shelf by International Law.</div> <div> The second method is a complex computation of equidistant points from coast to coast. Our coastline is not Cape York, Arnhem Land, Darwin, WA, Broome etc. It is measured from Sabai (10 km off the New Guinea coast), Deliverance, Ashmore, Christmas, Cocos etc. so the continental shelf and the oil on it is all ours.</div> <div> That matters little - If you don't let the ALP/Dem/Lib/Nat/Greens know, that you know, they will still betray Australia for their 30 pieces of silver.</div> <div> SEND THIS PAGE TO YOUR LOCAL MEMBER. They took four bites of our continental shelf. The first was the Timor Gap Treaty (Foreign Affairs News Release M138 dated 3/9/88. Then they moved to the Zone of Cooperation, then the Economic Exclusion Zone, to the Traditional Fishing Rights.</div> <div> This is a reminder and a wake up call. The ALP/Dem/Lib/Nat/ Greens are getting another 30 pieces of silver to allow the USA to steal Antarctica. If you go onto the CIA web-</div> <div> site, search for Antarctica, and you will find the US no longer recognises Australia or New Zealand's claim to Antarctica.</div> <div> The US have prospected and discovered silver, lead, zinc, copper, gold, iron, coal, gas, oil, shale, uranium and platinum - all this under the guise of protecting the pristine environment.</div> <div> <B>We are being fleeced and public apathy will allow the ALP/ Dem/Lib/Nat/Greens to get away with treason.</B></div> <div> <B>Only you can save your country by exposing this daylight robbery.
