Select your language. In my case, I chose English (UK).
In my case, YaST detected...
- Intel Corporation 82371AB/EB/MB PIIX4 USB (uhci-hcd module)
- USB storage (usb-storage module) -- I had my external USB drive attached
at the time.
- DM (dm-mod, dm-snapshot modules) -- ?which hardware is that
Installation setting notes...
- Japanese keyboard layout is automatically chosen. This is the correct
choice.
- IntelliMouse Explorer (ps2) is automatically chosen. The touchpad
works with this option.
- Partition --
- Software -- Choose what you want. KDE, and even GNOME/Metacity, are
too slow for the CF-A44. However, I think the KDE desktop environment
should be installed because this is the default SuSE desktop. I think
other desktops that SuSE supports, such as icewm, will use KDE settings
to help build their menus. Later, however, you may want to get rid
of KDE programs that you will not use. I don't think the CF-A44 can
use DVD players and CD burners.
- Remember to set your time zone to something appropriate for your location!
