West Coast Acharon is an iridescent chestnut purebred stallion, foaled  March 1999. He was the last offspring by the legendary stallion, Aquanitor (the name Acharon means ‘last of the line’) who needs no introduction and whose progeny are brilliant endurance horses. Acharon's dam, Noran Parmelia, is dam to other excellent endurance horses, (e.g. West Coast Haifa, who is  just commencing her career), was a very competitive horse, achieving 1995 Best Conditioned Horse of the year and had amazing heart rate recoveries.

Acharon (Acky)  is a naturally quiet stallion.  His great conformation along with his brilliant temperament makes him an ideal sire choice.

At his first major show , the 2003  West Australian All Arabian Show, Acharon ridden by Cheryl Ullrich was awarded the title of Ultimate Arabian.

Acharon will stand at stud this season to a limited number of mares.  All his foals possess correct conformation, substance and height.

His stud fee is $550, plus $150 handling fee (including GST), for the current 2006 season.  Chilled semen and Ai also available.
