West Coast Rivkah

Rivkah, born 12/09/2006, is bay but is turning grey.  Virtually from day one she has allowed herself to be handled which reflects the calm, relaxed nature of her mother, Statuesque.

We are very privileged to have Statuesque on lease from Roz Wootton, as this mare was an East Coast Champion show horse in her younger years and is dam to two other excellent endurance horses:

Statuesque's sire Ambition was also the sire of our exceptional endurance horse in the 1990's - Inez Al Nimir +CH ('Tiger'), who successfully completed over 6400km, including 6, 160km rides:

Statuesque is again in foal to West Coast Acharon.

West Coast Sofi

Sofi, is out of the top performing mare Maralinga Imagine That (2004 National HWT Points and Distance Horse) who achieved over 3000km successful completions, including five 160km rides, two Tom Quilty's, and a 240km Marathon at Harvey, W.A. and was also W.A.'s Best Conditioned HWT horse of the year, 2003 and 2004.

Sofi has a gentle and independent nature and combines the best attributes of both her parents.
 

West Coast Natanya

Natanya is our Stud's first, second generation foal and we are delighted with her!  Natanya's parents and grandparents are all proven endurance horses, with the progeny of both generations excelling in endurance. She is sweet natured, gentle,  has an inquisitive and willing personality and was born 5/11/2003.

The strength of Natanya's endurance lineage is highlighted by her grand dam Yarraview Amber's remarkable record of winning 14 consecutive rides, needless to say, she was the most competitive mare we have ever ridden.  Amber's record is further enhanced through her winning WA's Best Conditioned HWT horse in 2001 and the fact that she is an Aethon granddaughter through El Kabir.

Natanya is in foal to Tora Windigo.

West Coast Annaversaree

West Coast Annaversaree is a 5/8 Arabian (photographed with her foal Exodus).  She is a tall and strong horse with plenty of athletic ability.  Anna has a naturally calm temperament and  friendly nature.  She has excellent conformation and should make a great endurance or working horse.

Annaversarees' dam was a sound endurance horse who is palomino registered with WAPA and has been retired to stud. Carmen Cadova produced three foals for us including the palomino West Coast Zahav who is standing at stud in New Zealand. Carmens' sire Omega Cordova was also an excellent endurance horse, completing over 3000km in WA with a HWT rider.
 

Congratulations to Joanna McCord and Christopher Haddon for successfully qualifying Dayan as an endurance horse during the 2006 season.

 

Haifa was born 7/10/2000 and has now commenced her endurance career under the gentle guidance of her owner Mike Gill.
